The Power Of Balance!

According to Taoist wisdom our natural state is one of flux and constant change. Moving from one extreme to another, back and forth. Yin turns into Yang and Yang turns into Yin. Both exist at the same time and both are arising simultaneously. None can exist without the other and both are temporary.
It is the cycle of nature for the pendulum to swing back and forth, from one to the other. By resisting or refusing to experience these swings, and by rejecting one of the opposites and embracing the other, we move out of balance.

The challenge lies in embracing these swings without resistance. Rather than clinging to one extreme, we flow with the changes. Being mindful and flexible allow us to adjusts effortlessly from moment to moment. ​Achieving balance becomes our compass for a vibrant, well-rounded life.
